Weight increase by bad eating habits
Do you know now a days one of the most common element in weight increasing is we don’t follow the correct way if eating. If we simply take some precautionary measures wile eating then we can put a barrier against the control able fat increase. Lets have a look how can we change our approach of taking meal.
The major wrong way that we are using now is the usage of waten. We usually drink lots of water during eating or right after eating. Its very harmful medically . It increases the size of your stomach and increases the possibility of extra fat storage in your body.
You can easily remove this possibility by just adopting this method “ always drink water before or after one hour of eating”. It does not mean that you cant drink water during eating but drink only small amount.
Never skip either your breakfast, lunch or dinner . You should do healthy breakfast because your body is required large amount of calories due to huge gap of eating. Then do proper lunch but you are supposed to take some light dinner. Because after dinner we usually go to bed and our body don’t find time to digestive food properly. Use rice instead of saturated meal in your dinner.
If you follow the above mentioned ways then you don’t need to do long exercises and no need to join any gym.
