1: You must have to exercise consistently, with full devotion and regularly. At least 5 days per week you must have to do some workout and exercise.
2: If you want to maintain your fitness then make your exercise program in such a way that increase your cardiovascular ability.
3: Use to do brisk walk, push-ups and jogging so that your muscular strength may enhance and stamina too.
4: Never forget to make your body warm before doing any exercise and also never forget to stretch after the exercise.
5: Concentrate on the duration between every set of exercise. And always try to set a time period in which you can easily complete your workout.
