How do I get abs at home?
There is a common myth among people, which by doing crunches, sit-ups, or abs machines will not be able in getting your abs. You have already abs. The actual problem is this that your abs is hidden. If you want to see yr 6 pack abs then you must have to remove the fat that covering your abs muscles. There is also myth in different websites that you can get abs in 8 minutes a day. But keep in mind for getting 6 pack abs you have to lose weight, not by doing abs exercise only.
There is billion dollar industry in whole world of losing weight. There are thousands of machines, programmers and magazines that tell us “get 6 pack abs in a week” but in reality they don’t work. For a time being we accept that after buying pills, shake, or abs machines or devices then all the shopping malls in the whole world would be filled with people who have ripped abs. But what do we all observe obesity is everywhere.
There is secret of getting 6 pack abs. There are two steps of getting abs. EAT less and EXERCISE more. But here I must mention this that there is nothing in the world that we get by leaps and bounds. Dedication and consistency really matters.
About “good nutrition” it does not mean that you are getting balance diet or you are doing dieting. If you are on dieting you would admit yourself that you can not take it permanently. The actual thing is this that you have to change your eating habit permanently. If you are getting good nutrition but no calorie counting, no hunger and you still think that u could be able to lose you weight then i must say it’s just like to build castle in air.
You should start with many small meals. May be you are thinking that how do I get abs at home? Is it possible? I must mention here that there is also misconception among the people about losing weight is that they take one or two meals a day which is very wrong .Because it puts your body on starvation phase which lower your metabolism process. At least 6 small meals you must have to take. I know you it would difficult for you that how you will take meal 6 time a day. But remember this that no pains no gains.
The other you must have keep in your mind those 6 small meals that you are taking in day must be balanced. It means that every meal should be consisting of vegetables, whole grains, and some of leans protein like beans, dairy, meat and fruits.
