Once I went to hospital there I saw a patient who was screaming with pain and he was saying that takes my whole wealth but makes me healthy. So you can understand that how much health is important. Here I will tell you the basic but very effective healthy living tips.

Regular exercise

It is the ultimate truth that physical workout or exercise can prevent you from age related decreases in your muscles and improves your flexibility, enhance your strength. Regular exercise not only minimizes the risk of elderly in your body but also keep you safe from heart attacks, stroke, obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes. If you do regular weight lifting exercise, will help you in preventing osteoporosis disease. This disease weak your bone immediately. Also regular workout will increase your self esteem and self confidence. Regular exercise also decreases your stress and your mental health will

Improve more. Regular workout will also make your lean and healthy.

Exercises for healthy living tips

I will suggest you the exercises which will make you mentally and physically healthy.

1. You start from moderate walk for 30 minutes. You can also walk less than 30 minutes but it depends on your stamina. As your stamina increase you shift your moderate walk in to brisk walk. At least 6 days in a week you must have to do walk then you would be able to get the benefits of exercise.

2. If you feel that your stamina is not good then you can divide your workout into 10 minutes.

3.  Keep in mind enhances the intensity of your exercise as you feel that your stamina also building up. Remember you can start your exercise in any age of your life, does not matter you are 6 or 60.

PRECUATIONS

Here I will also mention that the men and women of 45 or above age should consult the doctor before doing vigorous exercises. And the also individuals who have asthma problem, heart problem, or diabetic patient must consult with their doctors before doing any exercise.

Avoid of Tobacco and Smoking

Smoking is injurious to health and you cannot get the results from my healthy livings tips. Use of tobacco can lead to death. Now s days about 38% of the total world population is suffered in different kinds of cancer because the use of tobacco and smoking. Use of tobacco causes lung, mouth, and kidney, throat, and bladder cancers.

The people who do smoking their arteries become hard and narrow which directly lead to heart attack and heart strokes.

Alcohol usage

Use of alcohol also leads to death. Liver cancer often happens due the use of alcohol. Alcohol makes us morally blind person also. Alcoholic person also cause of traffic accidents. So the people who use alcohol they can create for others also.

In the end I would suggest you that lead your life in a proper way. We came in this world for making this world heaven. So when we take care of our health, if we will do regular exercise we would be mentally and physically fit. And a physically and mentally healthy person can build a healthy and peaceful society just like a heaven.
