Causes of Dehydration
Dehydration is becoming very common phenomenon these days. Dehydration itself is not such harmful but it may slip your body towards very serious diseases.
Everybody knows the importance of water for body but most of us are not serious in water intake.
We drink water in very strange way, means we don’t drink water until we feel thirst. Keep this fact in your mind that feeling thirst is not the indicator of water required. There are number of symptoms of water deficiency in the body.
The most common way to check the odor of the urine, if seems yellowish or reddish, then you may be trapped by dehydration. If you don’t overcome this deficiency then it means you are letting your body slip into very serious diseases.
Various implications arise by dehydration as your mouth becoming sticky and dry. Heart beat starts increasing in rapid way. Body may suffer from fever and high blood pressure.
In addition whenever you travel in plane then you would have to drink more water. Avoid alcohol because it increases the water requirement of the body.
Our eyes required needs lots of water to perform well, so dehydration will be more harmful to eyes. Other complications of dehydration are:
Sleepiness
Feeling tired.
Head ache.
Muscle weakness.
Bad metabolism.
Dehydration is very common in infants. You will be surmised by the facts and figures, more than 1.5 million children and infants die each year due to dehydration.
