Best Abs exercises

The bicycle exercise is one of the most target oriented towards six pack abs. recent study done by American council declares that bicycle exercise is very effective to remove your fats from abdomens.
To do this exercise you lie on floor and put your hands behind your head.
Bend your knees and move towards the chest without moving your neck.
Stretch your left leg and bends right one then turn upper body and try to touch the right knee with your left elbow.
Then switch the sides and bring right elbow to left knee.
Now you will see you are doing pedaling movements, repeat this exercise 10-15 times.
Leg Raise is another very effective abs exercise. Although its slightly difficult but more effective. Its very simple to do you just have to lie on floor.
Stretch both of your legs.
Fix your hands behind your head.
Raise both legs up to 90 degree, remain in this position for 2 seconds.
Then slowly release legs towards starting position, don’t touch the floor with your feet during exercise.
Do 15-20 reps.
Crunches are the mother of all abs exercises so don’t ignore this exercise. Do ball crunches, vertical crunches and long arm crunches.
